Hello GP Band Touring Ensemble Families,
This is a reminder that the second payment of $400 for the April 2025 Disney trip is due this Monday, December 2nd. With 97 students and 10 chaperones registered, we’re excited to see such strong participation in this year’s performance trip!
Please submit your payment to the GPHS bookkeeper either online (link here) or in person. Remember that all payments contribute toward the total trip cost of $1,605 for students and $895 for chaperones.
Using Fundraiser Credits – Want to apply your fundraising balance to this payment? Check your available funds in CutTime under Member Details > Transaction Summary. Email gphsbandboosters@gmail.com with your request to apply your balance (or a portion) to the trip cost.
Remaining payment schedule:
- January 3rd: $400 payment
- February 7th: Remaining balance
